Hi, I'm Delainy! I'm so glad you're here.
I'm a creative fashion and senior photographer based in Provo, UT.
I was gifted my first camera when I was twelve and have been pursuing my passion ever since. I started by taking photos of some of my best friends in my backyard for fun, and years later, and I'm now operating a full-time photography business!
I have a huge passion for people, which is one of the reasons I love taking portraits. I am so excited to get to know you, your vision for your photos, and to be able to work together to tell your story! I strive to create stunning, timeless images.
Although I am mainly self-taught, I am constantly learning from others. Whether that be attending mentorship sessions, observing galleries, or shadowing other photographers, I am always striving to learn more.
As a Christ follower, my goal is to use my gift to glorify Him– and that means capturing the beauty that is His wonderful creation!
In addition to photography, I also have a YouTube channel where I post my film projects. I typically create videos for friends, family, and other artists.
When I'm not taking photos, you'll usually catch me on an airplane, at the barn, or taking a nap.
I've been riding horses since I was nine, and I occasionally shoot equine photography. I don't currently own a horse– but I hope to own one again one day soon.
In addition, in March of 2022 I returned from volunteering in Yerevan, Armenia as a missionary! During my trip I discovered my heart for seeing the nations reached with the gospel.
I'm currently studying photography & marketing in Provo, UT. I plan to continue to travel post-graduation, and some places I would love to visit include Norway, Croatia, South America, and East Asia.
